My fourth stay in this hotel. In my opinion it is the best one in the Cotswolds. I like it's countryside location and therefore it's quietness. The newly refurbished rooms are really good. The staff were, as always, at this hotel, top class and the reception was always manned. I have always been pleased with The Twelve Bells Restaurant Once again they provided great food at sensible prices with fast, courteous and friendly service. Thank you. See you next year.
Typically Premier Inn. Had a problem with the shower and heating. Informed reception in the morning and fixed in the evening. Reception staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Plenty of spaces and a EV charger available... price per Kw is very expensive thus no-one was using
I happened to have an overnight stay here during a business visit. I asked for a single room but was upgraded for a family room. Though it was too big for me, I loved my stay here. Would consider revisiting
Always friendly and helpful. Good at knowing what customers need by having a stock of extras like the milk and coffee and tea. The lady who stocks the children's lucky dip charity box is very gifted, my daughter loves the prizes that she has, quite amazing and a nice touch for little ones. There's a small playground with a couple of swings and a slide and a climbing frame. The fence around it could do with a bit of attention but the playground is safe. We come to this particular premier inn every year. Location is fab.
Busy little premier inn, but mostly what you expect from a premier inn, great to get what your expecting and a comfortable night's sleep. Be warned the WiFi in the hotel is not great, spent all night promoting to reautenticate. Support blamed the hotel straight away as a coverage issue.
Stayed in Premier plus room for 3 nights. Room lovely, bed so comfy. Shower excellent. Staff very nice to chat to. Beefeater right next door, excellent menu and drinks. Staff very helpful. Easy to drive back to Gloucester or trip to Cotswolds. Would definately stay again
We were travelling there because my wife had a function in the village next door. The hotel room was nice it had a nice arty deco. Giant lamp, paintings on wall. It felt like a nice room. The drawbacks were the internet was terrible and the signal was poor and often disconnected it's self. This is a huge problem because internet was not great on my own data in this area.
We were so relieved to come here! We'd just come from a grotty spa hotel and this place was such a tonic after that. Quiet, clean, spacious with a working window and bath we've learned our lesson, just book a premier inn next time! Also having a beefeater right next door was ideal. Brilliant little hotel
